****AGM NOTICE****
Monday 8th March 2021 at 8pm.
This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Zoom due to the COVID-19 restrictions. If you wish to attend, please send an email to comsmgcc@gmail.com and an invite will be sent to you a week before the meeting. Only members will be permitted to join the call.
As per the club’s constitution, if you wish to apply/reapply for a committee position please do so in writing by Monday 22nd February to the club’s Secretary. New applications from current members are both welcomed and encouraged, to be elected at the AGM. A summary of all positions (subject to change) is attached for your convenience.
